It has been an immense pleasure to be with 4A Design & Engineering for the past 5 years. 4A provides a great work space to develop technical knowledge. Furthermore, you get an exposure to different design standards followed in various countries. As a Senior Engineer reciprocating my knowledge to juniors through Knowledge Sharing sessions gives satisfaction. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I really am happy to be an aerial root of the 4A banyan tree.

My journey in 4A started in November 2013. 4A is an organisation where we can get good working environment which lead us to work efficiently. My Journey at 4A Design started as an In-Plant trainee in 2015 undergoing my Post Graduate Project. I later joined 4A Design as a Post Graduate Engineer Trainee in 2016 for enhancing my skills in the field of Structural Engineering. 4A Designs has provided me experience to tackle new challenges in my Design career which I can fulfil with my given responsibilities. Working here gives me the freedom to work in a way that allows me to maximize my Technical efficiency and enhance the significance of my role as a design engineer. I also have a list of people that I can reach out for Support, Mentoring and Advice.
It's a Wonderful experience working in 4A Design which has created yet another family of Co-workers.
